Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a division of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Site Leader located in Athens, Georgia.
JJT Site Leader
This role will be the primary JJT partner for the site leadership teams with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio, and investment strategy, aligned to Business and JJT strategy for Athens, Puebla, and SJDC manufacturing sites within the Pharma segment in the Americas region.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for vision, roadmap, portfolio, investments, and priorities of enhancements to a product (applications), platforms, or solutions.
• Accountable for current product line quality performance and communication of production issues to Business Technology Leaders.
• Responsible for Cost-to-Deliver, Product End to End Lifecycle, and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Partnering with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring a reliable, compliant, and secure environment.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience and Skills
Required
• 8+ years of information technology experience.
• 3+ years of work experience within Supply Chain and/or IT delivery.
• Proven ability to network and orchestrate across technology organization and business stakeholders, building relationships and leading people, across different locations is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant technologies within the pharmaceutical domain, and understanding of data and digital transformation principles.
• Experience with Product Management/Delivery, including planning, dependency management, delivery execution, governance, and Change Management.
• Experience working within a regulated (manufacturing) environment.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Track record of program delivery of SC projects.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Strong command of English and Spanish/Portuguese language is an asset.
