As a full-time Crisis Support Specialist II, you will provide direct care to clients, assist with assessments, and partner with admissions for client placement. You will develop Individualized Treatment Plans, provide direct treatment interventions to children, youth, and adults who are in a behavioral health crisis to intervene and stabilize behaviors and prevent hospitalization and loss of placement.
The selected candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and at least one year of experience providing mental health services to children or adolescents. All employees are required to be registered with the Board of Counseling as a Qualified Mental Health Professional - Child (QMHP-C), - Adult (QMHP-A), or - Trainee (QMHP-T). Preferred candidates will have direct experience providing mental health services. Experience providing crisis or emergency services is strongly preferred.
