Robert Half is looking to fill a Senior Accountant position on a permanent basis in the BETHEL, Pennsylvania area. As a Senior Accountant, you will be required to perform financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. What you get to do every day
- Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Participate in various department-wide initiatives
- Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
- Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions
- Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary
- Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner
- Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external
- Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
