We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, with the overall goal of profit growth. You will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers and help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
• Gather appropriate information to generate insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
