Superior Auto, Inc. is a growing, regional automotive Buy Here, Pay Here dealership that is seeking an Account Representative to join our team. Superior-auto.com

What You’ll Do:
• Execute company progressive collections process to ensure customers are making payments on time.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure all information is current.
• Be responsible for handling financial transactions throughout the day and daily balancing of dealership cash and credit card accounts.
• Repossessing vehicles from customers that are delinquent in their payments.
• Working with customers to proactively avoid payment issues.
• Making in person contact with customers that are delinquent in payments, in order to secure payments that are due.
• Work with the dealership team to ensure all vehicles and the dealership present a clean, professional and attractive image.
What You’ll Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to prioritize schedule when business needs arise
• Ability to react appropriately under pressureProficient computer skills
