Full Job Description The Venue on Broad is in search of a responsible and outgoing individual to join our team as our Venue Event Manager. This candidate must have a flexible schedule, patient demeanor, and true leadership skills.
Requirements
Ø Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Ø Good organizational skills
Ø Outgoing personality
Ø Ability to effectively work and manage staff under pressure
Ø Proficient multi-tasker
Ø Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
Ø Ability to stand for more than 1 hour at a minimum without sitting
Ø Capable of lifting 50lbs+
Ø Valid Driver’s License with relatively clean driving record
Ø Ability to drive a long bed pickup truck
Responsibilities
Ø Lead venue events
Ø Train staff on Full Service & Bartending Events
Ø Build catering leads through your example
Ø Manage the Venue bar inventory
Ø Organize maintenance and cleaning of The Venue on Broad
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
