Assist Manager/Supervisor by providing daily reports on status of wave clean up with consolidation location, shipping schedule and eCom orders. This position will be responsible for providing effective support to all other facility personnel related to wave clean up. Ability to interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds is essential for this role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Returns:Manage exception are flow by making correct cartons needed are processedAssist the shortage team to process cartons with shortages and divert the cartons where neededProcess damaged or over packed cartonsRun shortage waves using the Warehouse Management SystemCycle count locations (i.e. pick tower locations) for inventory accuracy prior to running shortage wavesCommunicate with inbound department for timely processing of shortage waves and replenishmentEffectively work and communicate with Supervisors and leads to complete and clean up wavesEffectively work with the outbound department to make next day pending shipments are complete the day priorUse reports and tools to ensure full completion of waves and communicate with Supervisors if support is neededFollow all DC safety rules and regulations including housekeeping of work area throughout the shiftSystems to use:Microsoft Word and ExcelOutlook emailPKMSGarpacDashboard reportsSAP reportsEducation / Experience / Skills Required:High School diploma or GED equivalency required; higher education preferredOne year of experience in a similar role preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs strongly preferredCompany specific software used is PKMS and Execution Dashboard, experience is preferredAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to communicate effectively with variety of individualsWork independently and as a team memberAbility to pay close attention to detailStrong communication and organizational skillsMust be able to speak, read and write in the English languagePhysical Requirement:This position requires the associate to work in the office and on the production floor. The associate must be able to walk, stand or sit for extended periods. The associate must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
