Our teams are built on a global mindset, sparked by sharp minds of diverse individuals and reflects the global consumers we serve.  Bring your energy and fresh perspective, contribute to our movement and build your future with us.   Inventory Clerk:Coordinate incoming and outgoing movement of product to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules.How You Will Make a Difference:  Partner with inventory control, operations team, and management to identify processing issues that result in inventory discrepancies and delayed order fulfillment. Conduct cycle counts, investigate excess inventory and shortage issues.Resolve order and shortage waves in a timely manner.Maintain active location, pack, and hold and virtual packing bins.Develop and maintain good working relationships throughout the organization.Report to management as needed.Use computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.Create PKMS (WMS) transactions to assure that exception inventory is timely converted to active inventory and available for sale, and, accounted for if unsaleable (e.g., case creating, locked locations, wrong SKU’s, shelf / wave damages, lost inventory, cycle count exceptions).Perform additional support to the Inventory Control department and DC as needed.Commitment to the principle of continuous process improvement.Skills for Success:  An ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines.Ability to become proficient using the Warehouse Management System AS/400 (PKMS).Basic proficiency using desktop and business software applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word applications.Educational/ Position Requirements:  Highschool diploma required.Years of Related Professional Experience: 1 – 2 years.Excellent organizational, communication and grammatical skills with very strong attention to detail.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Typical Working Conditions:10-12 hour days that include sitting, walking, and standing.Overtime as required.What’s in it For You We’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
