Our West Reading area client is seeking a Customer Service Rep to add to their core team! This is a great opportunity to become part of a close knit team with competitive pay and benefits!
Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher
Pay: $16/hour
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: West Reading , PA
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls from customers and service technicians
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Entering service calls and supply orders into the system
• Dispatching service technicians efficiently
• Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 3+ years customer service experience required, high volume call experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a bility to maintain composure in difficult situations
• Excellent attention to detail and a p rofessional, flexible demeanor
