Description
We're looking for aVirtual Design and Construction Manager, working inReal Estateindustry inAthens, Georgia, United States.
+ Develops and implements company programs.
+ Implements the BIM execution plan on new projects.
+ Resolves BIM related issues in contract documents.
+ Leads weekly BIM Coordination meetings with the design and subcontractor teams, including reports, dashboards, documents (i.e. mark-ups, screen shots).
+ Maintains and distributes meeting minutes, and tracks action items.
+ Ensures that any contract with company construction's preferred consultant is in place.
+ Reviews BIM execution plan requirements with sub's in-house BIM team.
+ Ensures the BIM language included in contracts has been agreed to by all parties.

Experience Required for Your Success
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Construction Technology, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related industry
+ 7-10 years of construction technologies
+ Hands-on experience in the AEC industry working on the adoption of VDC on large capital projects
+ Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
