Position Information
Classification Title Athletics Professional FLSA Exempt FTE 1.00 Minimum Qualifications
Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
Provides administrative support to Assistant Football Coaches in assigned areas of the intercollegiate football program. Adheres to all NCAA, SEC, UGA, and UGAAA rules and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only a limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job; the employee will stand; walk; reach with hands and arms. The employee will lift or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but escalates to high during practice and athletic competitions.

• Provide administrative support to coaches to include breakdown of film and running reports using XO'S, analyze data, chart tendencies, prepare game plans and call sheets, creating and updating goal boards, and self-scouting tendencies.
