Full-Time CS - East Athens Job Details Description Coordinate and manage information systems and general support functions to enable Career Service personnel to accomplish their financial, mission, training, team and marketing goals. Oversee quality assurance and quality control of the participant database system and portal. Oversee and ensure proficiency and effective utilization of the Caseworthy database and portal, pulling data and compiling reports as needed. Through promotion of Career Connector portal, ensure that highest quality services are delivered to participants with a focus on the mission of Goodwill of North Georgia. Lead data collection and reporting of Virtual Career Services Critical Success Factors. Serve as the CS contact to assist IT in tracking and maintaining office equipment and technology as appropriate. Contribute to strategic and operational planning of the Virtual Career Services Division and Career Services Department. Coordinate resources, including personnel, transportation, supplies, and support services to achieve goals. Ensure protection and confidentiality of participant rights. Train Career Services staff in software applications used by the department including Caseworthy, Tablets, Hotspots, and the portal . Prepare annual individual training plan (ITP) for work and professional development and report progress in achieving goals. Research and recommend software and hardware to meet needs of Career Services in coordination with the IT Department. Participate in cross division and cross department teams as assigned. Research and develop processes to better tell the mission story through data. Comply with Agency, Career Services, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), federal and grant regulations, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the Agency’s safety and security policies and procedures. Submit annual and quarterly reports on progress toward goals. Support CS team member efforts with research activities in the development of quarterly, annual, Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in database management, computer science, web development, marketing or related field or demonstrated skills through previous work experience and submitted work samples using these skills. Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a database management or computer support services lead role. Experience working with social or human services a plus. Strong management, analytical, writing and communication skills. Excellent computer skills in database applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to provide positive leadership in a flexible geographic environment where self-direction, prioritizing and organizational skills will be crucial to success. Ability to be flexible in hours and work locations (across greater service area) to accommodate the needs the Career Services Department and Goodwill. Strong ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of customers. Must have access to reliable transportation and a clean MVR. Qualifications
