Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Under the direction of the interventional radiologist, interventional neurosurgeon, and the interventional radiology team leader, the interventional technologist (IR technologist) performs a wide array of interventional radiology and special procedures in the biplane angiography suite. Procedures include, but are not limited to, neuro, neurovascular, vascular, thoracic, peripheral and abdominal. When necessary, the IR technologist will perform such procedures in the operating room or at the patient's bedside as applicable. The IR technologist will be required to take call for the IR department on a rotational basis.Procedures include, but are not limited to, neuro, neurovascular, vascular, thoracic, peripheral and abdominal.
