Job Description We are working with a school district located near Athens, GA, seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children and a commitment to providing exceptional services to our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students
- Providing ongoing support and education to parents and caregivers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Georgia
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
