Job Description Company Background:
The BTR Group is a Georgia based development and construction firm dedicated to trailblazing the new “Build to Rent” asset class and redefining multi-family housing. Utilizing a vertically integrated building system through subsidiary businesses in wholesale building material distribution and wholesale labor, The BTR Group is able to control many of the variables that plague other General Contractors. Controlling the procurement of both materials and labor is the very secret to how we are able to deliver projects consistently, on time, and within budget.
However, that's only half the story...
We believe a deal is only "Good" if it benefits both parties. Through this philosophy, The BTR Group has forged long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. In a volatile building environment, we are able to do what others simply cannot because we have built a team of loyal trade partners willing to follow us across the country. Through these simple but rare ingredients for success, we have successfully completed a portfolio of rental projects stretching from coast to coast totaling more than 3000 units
