IT Field Service Technician
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR W2, plus mileage and travel expense
Hours: Full time, M-F, 9am-6pm, some OT
Location: Owensboro, KY 42303 area (Field Service)
Description:
• Work remotely from home and at customer sites, break-fix/ projects, deskside support.
• Remote, dispatch from home.
• Break Fix/IMAC cases for work needed in assigned service area/city.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Great training opportunities and growth available.
Skills:
• Field Service experience
• Hardware IMAC
• Break Fix repair
• Must be able to follow written instructions
• CompTIA A+ certification is nice to have
• Other related technical certifications or education is nice to have
• Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position)
