Serves patients, families, and/or significant others whose ages range from pediatric to geriatric.Position Requirements:Education: Bachelor degree in Social Work. LMSWExperience:  1-2 years of social work experience in a health-care related settingSpecial Qualifications: Excellent communication, diplomacy, & people skills required. Acute observation skills necessary. Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership setting.
