THE OPPORTUNITY
Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.
OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Media Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven analytics and provide influential insights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help drive Adobe’s pivotal initiatives by engineering solutions that connect systems to visualization platforms for management reporting.
The ideal candidate for this role is a well-rounded top performer with a keen eye for data and excellent problem solving, analysis, and visualization skills, who will be a catalyst for growth in a fast-paced environment. You should be a strong partner, who enjoys forming cross-functional relationships within Adobe. You will support automating complex financial models, develop engaging and interactive dashboards, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies in management reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategize and execute the lifecycle of financial analytics dashboards while ensuring scalability of systems and processes.
Evaluate and correct data errors via systematic, logical fixes on the data pipelines, connections and infrastructures that are built to support the teams.
Create documentation and enable self-serve capabilities among teams.
Accountable for ad-hoc support & participation in critical business analytics and key project support as directed by management.
Partner closely with IT, Finance Systems, and Finance counterparts to continually improve, streamline & enhance planning and reporting processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
BS/BA student athlete with preferred focuses in areas of Business Analytics, Finance, or Information Systems.
Keen eye for data with passion towards developing data driven solutions.
Exposure to MS Excel, PowerPivot/PowerQuery/SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Understanding of a subscription/SaaS business metrics a plus.
Self-starter with high attention to details, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to take charge, set objectives, and deliver results.
Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong team orientation with great customer focus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $26.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
