Field Service Engineer / Technician for installations, start ups, trouble shooting, service calls & preventive maintenance at our customer facilities. Responsibilities:
• During field service installations must be able to set-up, adjust, troubleshoot, revise & correct problems which develop with little support.
• During service calls must be able to troubleshoot & repair various heat-treating systems and vacuum furnaces
• Must be able to successfully interpret manuals, drawings & blue prints.
• Strong mechanical & electrical aptitude, including combustion & instrumentation
• Skilled in PLC Logic, platform, Field wiring Requirements:
• Ability to install and repair complx equipment
• Basic knowlege of software, PLC programs, RS Logics and Wonderware
• Experience with atmosphere and vacuum furnaces a plus
• Current drivers license required
• Must be able to travel 90% (home most weekends)
