Case Management Supervisor Nursing Hours: 8-4:30 M-F Days - Full-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: 77H -
Job Summary Supervises daily staff activities for the assigned area. # Job Responsibilities Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and corrective actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. Demonstrates leadership and expertise in all aspects of case management. Responsible for managing staff time. Organizes, plans, and facilitates team meetings, in-services, and educational programs. Participates in department, supervisor, team meetings, and other committee meetings as needed. Educates co-workers and staff on new Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance information as well as community resources. Collaborates with Medical Director on regulatory issues. Qualifications Bachelor#s degree or higher in Nursing required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Social Work required upon hire A minimum of 2 years# relevant experience required RN - Licensed as a Registered Nurse. Eligible to practice nursing in the State of Kentucky required upon hire OR LSW - Licensed Social Worker in the State of Kentucky required upon hire OR LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Kentucky required upon hire OR CSW - Certified Social Worker in the State of Kentucky required upon hire Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
