Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This position is responsible for performing the nightly custodial duties that are necessary for maintaining proper parking deck facilities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Strong communication skills, and organizational skills are necessary for this position.

Work in adverse climates. Pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying up to 50 lbs.

Duties/Responsibilities
Clean all deck floors, stairs, railings, windows, doors, light lens, and elevators. Remove cobwebs from light lens and in stairs. Conduct walk-thru of deck surfaces, removing trash, debris and any items that are not part of the facility. Communicate effectively with Supervisor.

Operate manual and power equipment such as ride-on sweepers, backpack blowers, pressure washer, and deck vacuums.
