What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Training Project/Program Analyst, you will be responsible for managing projects, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and measure progress to bring specific projects to completion on time and within budget.
You will:
Responsible for a defined project
Support a part of a function or process
Performs basic project analyst duties and supports senior level Project Managers
Participates in a routine phase/project/process Identifies and escalates issues for resolution as necessary
May utilize a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones and deliverables
May prepare and conduct presentations and communications

Essential Requirements
Demonstrated attentiveness to quality and productivity Basic communication skills
Detail oriented Ability to work effectively with senior management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Basic ability to work in a team environment
Desirable Requirements
Understanding of customer technical training delivery and adult learning principles
Understanding and technical knowledge on Dell supported software, systems, and components.
