Seeking a personable, detail-oriented individual for a part-time training position with the potential to become full-time.
*Job responsibilities:*
* Demonstrate and instruct new hires in the correct adherence to company systems and processes
* Train and onboard groups of 1-5 new hires in company processes
* Offer trainees constructive feedback to improve their performance
* Responsible to manage onboarded Team Member weekly schedules until their placement can be completed
*Skills:*
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Proficient at following instructions + systems
* Proficient instructor with personable teaching style
* Consistent instruction technique demonstrating the same predetermined processes multiple times per week
* Competent project management skills overseeing 1-5 individuals at a time
* Consistently assess and adjust training systems as company processes are adjusted and/or improved
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to answer questions on the go
* Ability to offer constructive feedback in a respectful and pleasant manner
