Full Job Description
• Answer phones
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks, etc.
• Keep company calendar up to date
• Work comp reports
• Sync job software with Quickbooks
• Keep job software, Quickbooks and spreadsheets up to date
• Pull reports from Quickbooks and job software
• Create invoices in Quickbooks
• Enter subcontractor invoices
• Receive and apply payments
• Deposits for checks, cash and credit card transactions
• File paperwork
• Fleet vehicle tax, license and registration
• Keep certificates of insurance, w9 and work comp certificates up to date
• Monthly sales and use tax for equipment
• Monthly equipment invoices for vehicles
• Yearly consumer use tax
• Reconcile statements
• Communicate with insurance company regarding drivers
• Due to/due from between companies
• Weekly check register spreadsheet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
