Full Job Description Our practice is seeking a front desk receptionist position with at least 2 years experience in the medical field, at least a high school diploma, and experience working with an electronic medical record system as well as being competent with Microsoft Office.
The receptionist responsibilities include answering telephones, scheduling patients, checking patients in and out from clinic, processing faxes and copies, preparing charts for the daily patient schedule, taking copays and payments, calling patients for appointment reminders, and keeping the front desk and lobby organized. Our office is open Monday-Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, is closed all major holidays, and offers a stable outpatient setting with opportunity for growth in the position.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
