The Plant Manager in Georgia is a senior role that guides and manages the overall manufacturing operation. The Plant Manager reports directly to the Director of Fiber Operations and has direct responsibilities for the P&L of that operation. This role also is responsible for overseeing the production of goods and the provision of services with the goal providing our customer with a quality, cost competitive, environmentally friendly product in a safe and timely manner.

• Developing a safe workforce and culture.
• Development of direct reports and other operational leadership including but not limited to middle level management and leadership.

• Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production requirements.
• Must be a legal US resident. Unfortunately, there is no visa sponsorship offered for this role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing or 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing management in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of wood composite manufacturing process.
• Must have background in MDF/HDF manufacturing.Â
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Strong capital project experience over $100MM preferred.
