The Athens, GA office of Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. has an opening for an experienced commercial real estate closing assistant. Principal duties include, but are not limited to, organizing and coordinating commercial real estate sale and loan closings. The qualified candidate must be detail-oriented, personable, and possess strong communication, organization and computer skills. Preferred skills include: legal experience, real estate experience (including title insurance), and familiarity with government-guaranteed loans and familiarity with insurance or accounting principles.
This position is for the Athens, GA office and is not available for remote work.
