Safely move framed wall out of rack and carefully place it on the Wall Paneling Table. Accurately square the wall and secure the panel per DAPIA requirements. Apply glue to the entirety of the frame and route all openings. (*These duties do not reflect all the duties for the role of a Wall Build Associate)   Physical Requirements* of a WALL BUILD TECHNICIAN at Fleetwood Homes: Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8+ hours a day, as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually. As well as, assist in the maneuvering of larger walls. Must be able to work in a construction-type environment while maintaining a solid pace. (*These requirements do not reflect all requirements needed for the role of an Electrician)   Working Conditions: Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors. Must wear protective equipment while at the location   Qualifications: Construction or Warehouse Experience a plus, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work in a climate-protected environment Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.) Must be able to use an air powered staple gun to secure panels.
