Full Job Description Technical Sales Support
Jefferson Electric is a rapidly growing manufacturer of dry-type electrical transformers with a rich tradition of supplying products to various commercial and industrial markets.
Jefferson continues that tradition today, manufacturing high-quality dry-type transformer products for our OEM and End User customers.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Support to join our team located in
Athens, GA. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our internal and external customers regarding Jefferson’s dry-type transformer product lines.
Responsibilities include creating quotations to meet customer requirements, providing an interface between our customers, Design Engineers and manufacturing personnel, troubleshooting and entering and tracking customer quotes.
Qualifications include:
• Ability to learn technical concepts
• 2-5 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment, Preferred.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong math skills.
