Must have the ability to prioritize and correct problems, as needed. - HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED.Responsible for high quality and properly prepared foods using approved recipes. Follows proper food handling techniques. Maintains work areas, equipment and utensils in a sanitary manner. Follows HACCP and OSHA standards in the performance of daily tasks. Directly accountable to the Production Supervisor for daily assignments. Adheres to System, and corporate compliance programs.
