Hours/Shifts Available:
7am -3pm
3pm - 11pm
11pm - 7am
All shifts train on 1st
Primary Responsibilities:
• Insulation Preparation
• Coil winding (small hand wind and large hand wind)
• Connecting materials
• Repair/troubleshoot
• Surge test (STA Test)
• Material handling
• Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Demonstrate the ability to satisfactorily perform in two Winding department
• work centers within an eighteen (18) month period.
• Ability to receive and understand verbal and written technical instructions and respond in English.
• The ability to read and interpret information from prints, factory orders, routings and other internal documentation in hard copy or electronic formats.
• Function safely in an industrial manufacturing setting where factory physical conditions exist, including shift work as required.
• Attendance and punctuality standards will be in place.
• Use the overhead crane/hoist.
• Use appropriate gauges and measuring devices.
• Have the knowledge of basic mathematics needed to measure in fractions of
• an inch.
• Meet quality and productivity requirements.
• Follow lock out/tag out and other safety procedures.
