Job Description • Leads and directs those managers, leads and staff performing the functions listed in the Job Summary.
• Mentors and develops managers and staff to ensure an environment of continuous improvement for highly effective and efficient revenue cycle operations.
• Supports the hiring and selection process to ensure managers and staff are fully qualified to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of their assigned roles.
• Ensures leaders and staff are trained and fully functional in assigned roles and supports leads in their responsibilities to manager staff performance to established metrics.
• Establishes achievable yet challenging goals to reach the financial objectives of the organization.
• Reports key performance indicators (KPIs) to executives and prepares action plans for any areas of opportunity.
• Oversees and enhances the development of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develops and implements new procedures to improve the quality and quantity of work processed.
• Maintains appropriate internal controls over systems, processes, and people to safeguard the assets of the organization.
• Ensures policies are communicated and administered consistently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in claims management.
• Organizational skills
