Description:
• Manage corporate service projects and programs as related.
• Provide insights of project Process, timeline and budget.
• Write and revise scope of work, policies and process flow.
• Create and standardize procedures for efficiency enhancement.
• Improve and enhance the process with current tasks.
• Provide documents of project reports, budget handling and inventory.
• Support management with routine reports.
• Source potential vendors and analyze information as needed.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Coordinate with production teams to provide a great workplace and benefits
• Provide strategic plans for long term programs and projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in an office setting preferred
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to read and write in Korean
