THE OPPORTUNITY
Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help define marketing strategies and plans to successfully execute key business objectives.
Communicate strategies and to cross-functional teams (PR, social, demand marketing, Adobe.com, partners, etc.) and be a key driver to deliver functional plans that are tightly aligned to the global campaign strategy.
Ensure execution and optimization of marketing plans. Take accountability for impact by ensuring key important metrics are met.
Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners across marketing, sales, the business unit.
Respond quickly to requests, work together to identify marketing problems, and communicate regularly with extended team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
0-2 years of experience in Project or Program Management type role or Marketing related experience
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Hardworking and willing to learn more with a growth approach
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns
Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead time effectively

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $26.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
