THE OPPORTUNITY
Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.
OVERVIEW OF ADOBE’S STUDENT ATHLETE MICRO-INTERNSHIP
Are you interested in learning about the fast-paced world of sports business?
Adobe has a significant Sports Marketing partnership portfolio and investment with a goal of reaching new audiences and building relevance for the Adobe brand. Sports Marketing plays a meaningful role delivering awareness and visibility for Adobe, driving customer engagement and relevance, and supporting growth in our core businesses. We collaborate with leagues and individual teams to highlight creativity and celebrate customers using Adobe’s enterprise tools to deliver breakthrough fan experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Introduction to the sports marketing business, including participation in portfolio strategy sessions and meetings with our current and prospective sports marketing partners
Lead tracking and reporting of MLB.com digital metrics reporting
Support the inaugural Adobe Creator Class as part of the National Women’s Soccer League partnership, including the working with selected Creators on the experience and developing Adobe blog promotion elements
Active role in planning and implementing sports marketing campaigns that use our sports partnerships to drive brand awareness and familiarity of Adobe to Gen Z audiences
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
Team-oriented, ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, and strong written and verbal skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $26.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
