We're looking to add a quality and detail-oriented individual to our team of. The successful candidate should have experience with estimatics, process flow and production management.
Certifications such as I-Car and ASE a plus but not required. Experience with CCC One and Alldata also a plus.
PPG Greenbelt and knowledge of lean and Kaizen style management a plus as well.
Minimum of 10 years in the collision industry. Technician with frame and unibody experience looking to move to a management position would be welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee production and quality checks
• Oversee 8-12 technicians, coach and motivate
• Oversee customer communication
• Oversee profit margins and sales targets
• Constant process developement
