What you'll do:
• Manage 14-28 hourly production, maintenance, and quality employees
• Train or obtain training for employees when needed. Assist operators in troubleshooting problems
• Handle personnel issues and complaints; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary issues
• Distribute manpower to most beneficial workstation and control labor hours to standards
• Assure quality of product being produced. Assure G.M.P (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Job Requirements

What you'll need to have:
• High School diploma
• Minimum four (4) years related experience
• Well-rounded management background, exposed to various cultures and manufacturing positions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Management experience in various areas of shipping, warehousing, product production, and quality control
• The ability to lead and motivate
• Knowledge of State, Federal OSHA and EPA laws
