Full Job Description Jas Links Healthcare Services is a home healthcare agency that specializes in caring for children and adults with medically fragile conditions. We offer in-home care and support for our clients while supporting family members with their care-giving duties.
Jas Links Healthcare Services is looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) interested in providing care for medically fragile clients.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Currently Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
• Complies with accepted professional standards and procedures
• One-year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• PPD/TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check
• Must be able to clock in and out using given app(s) for EVV as required to meet state and federal requirements
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
• Tracheostomy Care
• Wound Care
• O2 Management
• Ventilator Support
• Suctioning
• G-Tube Experience
• Home Health Experience
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Compassionate
Services are 1:1 and provided in the patients’ home.
Due to COVID-19, face masks must be worn throughout the entire shift.
