Working side-by-side with editors and illustrators, subject matter experts and stakeholders, the team creates clear, concise and easy-to-understand content for multiple channels. It takes an ability to research, analyze and synthesize complex subject matter. And it’s all underpinned by an understanding of how our technologies work and how they benefit customers.

What you’ll achieve
In your role as a Technical Content Developer your main responsibility is to collaborate with technical content illustrators, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create technical information for a Dell Technologies product lines.
You will:
Assist with creating and revising technical information content such as installation, operation and maintenance instructions, technical advisories, release notes
Publish content on multichannel platforms in form of PDF documents, web pages, blog articles, wikis, videos, and online help systems
Get guidance and training from senior colleagues to apply standard technical writing and content development practices
Participate in social media discussions related to technical content and information experience.

Essential Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience with Content Development during an internship, student job or first job assignment
Affinity with IT and technology trends
Knowledge of standard formats such as DITA, Ability to review information and draw accurate conclusions, refined writing skills
Self-motivated, organized, driven, curious
