Join our Team as a Solar Sales Professional!!
This inside sales position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals and quotas.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals & quotas
Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems
Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
Assists in providing support and/or guidance to clients
Qualifications
Solar knowledge and Background (preferred)
Proven sales experience required
Track record of over-achieving quotas
Charismatic and outgoing
Good time management is required
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
Possess good judgment and attention to detail
Energetic and positive attitude
Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
The position offers a competitive base salary with commission and unlimited growth potential!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 base salary per year + Commissions
