Responsibilities
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters and commodes.
• Cutting and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality and code compliance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Preparing cost estimates from fixed pricing guide.
• Communicating clearly with the homeowner issues found and options for repairing.
Requirements
• A minimum of two years (2) of experience in residential service and repair plumbing
• Demonstrated knowledge of residential service and repair plumbing
• Tankless experience is a PLUS!
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Work references from past supervisors, managers and co-workers
• Acceptable driving record
• Clean background check and acceptable work/character references
• Pre-employment and random drug testing
Knowledge and Experience We Need
Required:
• Fixture replacement and repair
• Commode replacement and repair
• Tank type water heaters
Preferred:
• Video inspection of drain lines
• Sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement
• Leak location and repair
Physical Requirements
• Able to enter and exit trucks without endangering yourself or others
• Able to lift heavy equipment, water heaters, toilets.
• Able to bend, kneel, climbs stairs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in heat and cold and observe proper safety precautions while doing so
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
$17-$27 per Employment Type: Full-Time
