Position Summary
The Georgia Center is seeking a talented, energetic professional to provide recruiting/registration and sales support in a fast-paced, professional, customer-focused, and results-driven environment. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with program coordinators, education enrollment staff, and marketing staff on recruitment initiatives to drive enrollment growth in the Center's portfolio of continuing education programs.
The Sales Coordinator will bring great energy, a contagious attitude, excellent follow-up with contacted leads, strong over-the-phone closing techniques along with persuasive and consultative selling skills. This position involves the ability to counsel and sell program benefits, meet deadlines for enrollment, a capacity to work autonomously within a structured team environment, excellent relationship building, and business development. The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to guide prospective adult students through the enrollment process as well as the development of strategic recruitment and relationships with businesses, individuals, corporations, and professionals.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Detail orientated and able to multi-task & take initiative.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience managing and supporting the growth of a sales funnel.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams.
• Ability to problem-solve and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs and goals.
• Experience with learning new technology in a rapid learning environment.
• Experience with teaching skills to others without additional support.
