Full Job Description Great Southern Wood Preserving, Incorporated, producer of Yellawood brand pressure treated pine, has an opening for a Cycle Counter in the Shipping/Receiving department at the Rocky Mount, VA location. This will be a full time position with a full benefits package and competitive pay!
Essential Responsibilities:
• Reconciles physical inventory counts and ensures proper inventory procedures are followed
• Counting and confirming inventory counts
• Responsible for making sure inventory counts match what is listed in inventory program
• Examining inbound and outbound shipments and bundles to verify information
• Assigning and labeling placards to bundles of wood
• Assists in stacking lumber or moving product as needed
Qualifications :
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Lumber experience a plus!
