Roles and Responsibilities:
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures
• Overall responsibility for implementation and adherence to policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
• Oversee multiple departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership
• Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, monitor, and forecast budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives
• Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meet with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale
• Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes
• Lead coordination and integration of efforts among multiple departments, offices, and affiliates to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
• Prioritize, maximize, and allocate resources
• Organize and oversee the work and schedules of departmental managers
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
• Provide staff training, development, and mentoring as needed
• Overall responsibility for progress and timeliness of projects
• Review project reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
• Delegate and elevate direct reports
• Participate in the proposal writing process
• Actively participate in contract review and approval process
• Continue to develop professionally by maintaining technical proficiency, expanding licensure footprint, and participating in continuing education opportunities
• Generate additional client business
• Grow and maintain quality, trusting client relationships
• Develop and implement client retention strategies, such as cross-selling additional services to existing clients
• Implement and review SOPs that enhance production and the QA/QC process
• Lead and participate in EOS meetings and process
• Work with HR to recruit additional staff as needed
