Red Rooster Coffee is in search of a Wholesale Fulfillment Lead for the roasting and production side of our coffee business. Every day we roast and ship some of the world's best coffee to wholesale and retail clients all over the country. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, works well within a team, is an effective communicator, is punctual, and motivated.Responsibilities Include:Use software such as Google Sheets, ShipStation, Shopify, and Slack to create a daily production order sheet for roasters.Work with our General Manager, Director of Coffee, Wholesale Accounts Manager, and Retail Fulfillment Lead to develop daily and weekly production plans.Count and sort coffee bags for daily production filling.Set up daily wholesale shipping plan.Build boxes, print packing slips, and fulfill wholesale orders.Print UPS and USPS shipping labels, and work with shipping services.Act as production staff lead for wholesale related coffee bagging questions, and help direct coffee bagging priorities.Bag coffee, clean and organize the shipping, bagging, and label room.Report directly to the General Manager for all needs, including scheduling needs and management queries.Required skills and abilities:Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.Be able to lift 40 pounds.Be able to work morning shifts.Basic level of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and a willingness to learn.Availability from 7a - 3p, Monday through Friday.Red Rooster offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and paid sick leave.Red Rooster Coffee Roaster is committed to the health and safety of all of its employees.
