Full Job Description Qualifications:
Customer Service
Responsible for greeting and serving guests in a swift, courteous, friendly manner, while promoting and upselling specific products, ensuring that consistent revenue is generated in the Liquor Store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
2. Become familiar with all items and inventory, and provide assistance and information to guests.
3. Operate Point of Sale system, accept payment for all sales in the form of cash, check, debit or credit cards, and make change as required. Balance drawer at beginning and end of shift. Process receipts, refunds, or credits due to customers.
4. Maintain a neat, clean and well-stocked work area, including cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, and/or mopping as needed. Also sweep parking Lot and change outside trash as we need.
5. Communicate important, relevant information to Associates on the next shift.
6. Stock coolers through-out the shift.
7. Work to achieve and maintain a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction.
8. Any and all other duties as assigned.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Owensboro, KY 42301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
