LHH is actively searching for an experienced candidate to join a well-known organization in the Grapevine area! Our client needs an Executive Assistant with experience in the nonprofit industry. This onsite, permanent position has the potential to growth within the company!
Salary range: $55,000-65,000
Responsibilities :
• Prepare administrative documents, as required, including correspondence, memos, and reports
• Answer phone and route calls from 8:00am – 5:00pm as required
• First point of contact for staff/visitors answering or directing inquiries
• Assist with large mailings, copying and collating as needed
• Ensure all mail is opened, sorted, stamped, and distributed daily
• Attend and take notes at required meetings
• Prepare and process invoices and expense reports, which may require the gathering of data from internal and/or external sources
• Develop a strong working relationship and superior communication skills with all levels of the organization, particularly the Executive team
Qualifications:
• Must have three to five years’ experience in administrative support
• Provides excellent written, speaking, and interactive skills in a clear and professional manner on the telephone and in person.
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Intentionally and enthusiastically fostering positive working relationships and organizational culture.
Work schedule: 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday
