H2 Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 Health at Floyd outpatient clinic located in Floyd, VA.
This position will treat and evaluate primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. A candidate with experience in women's health is a bonus!
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting working with the pediatric and adult population
• Must pass required background checks
Facility Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
