Job Description About the role The Consumer Insights team at Experian supports the broader business (Marketing, Product, HR) by creating, finding, compiling, and presenting feedback/data from consumers and employees. We are an integral part of a business that is focused on putting the consumer at the center of everything that we do to drive strategy and prioritization. Qualifications What your background looks like: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology or Business or a related field of study Interns must be returning to school in the Fall of 2023 to complete degree program Strong interest in Market Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Voice of the Customer Analytical skills Creativity, confidence, and a strong work ethic Solid communication skills, including comfortable talking to different types of people Articulate - both for presentations and for creating decks Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills Resourceful and open to different ideas and challenges Quick learner Ability to effectively collaborate with others Works with integrity and a strong consideration for consumer/customer privacy Readiness to take initiative with projects and ability to manage your time Additional Information Perks This position can be 100% remote Volunteer Time Off Competitive pay Flexible work schedule and relaxed dress code 401(k) after 90 days of employment All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
