Job Description Job Title: Zendesk Admin/Developer
Job Type: Contract - Hire
Location: Remote
Job Summary / Task(s)
• Will serve as the primary escalation point and Subject Matter Experts of omnichannel platform (Chat, Inbound, Outbound, Email, Outbound, Reporting, or IVR) and ensures that issues escalated are resolved in due time.
• Develops applications that meet client requirements, objectives and Service Level Agreements.
• Ensures that all unit tests and peer reviews have been completed to ensure high quality of deliverables.
• Documents/Updates to Work Instructions and System Documentation as needed.
• Investigates and corrects production issues encountered during and after implementation.
• Self-motivated, teamwork and hardworking. Able to work in a fast-paced
environment with deadlines.
• Executes implementation of assigned projects within the assigned and approved timeframe.
• Communicates ideas clearly to management and other members of the team.
Qualifications / Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Microsoft Certification is a plus
• Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud Platform) certification is a plus
• ITIL certification is a plus
